My fascination with holistic health began after I became a mom of two amazing boys. Being a new mom is wonderful, but it can be very stressful. I was fueling myself with caffeine and finishing up my kids snacks and meals in addition to what I was eating. Exercise was a luxury of time that I didn't have and sleep seemed to find its way to everyone else but me. I was wearing clothes that were two sizes larger than my normal size and I had started to develop cellulite! I did not like the direction I was going in to say the least. I knew I had to get a handle on what was going on with my body. I started to learn and experiment with cleansing and nourishing foods and habits. I couldn't believe the dramatic changes in my body and my energy! I even got rid of the cellulite! I am now in my fifties and I feel sexier and healthier than ever!
No matter where you are at, it is never too late to cleanse your body and, through nutrition, lead a happier and healthier life. Many people think that cleansing means fasting and starving or drinking juices all day. My approach to cleansing is gentle and accessible for those looking to energize, nurture, rejuvenate, and thrive into their eighties and beyond. I often think about how I wish the world were different. If I can help you feel healthier, sexier and thrive, you and I have then contributed to making the world a better place.

For 15 year, I have been guiding my clients to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support them. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals. I run clean eating cleanses, weight loss classes and healthy beauty parties and workshops. Whether your goal is to eat better, reduce stress, reduce cholesterol, lose those extra pounds, lessen your risk of disease, or just feel more vibrant and sexy, I will examine how the foods we eat and the products we put on our skin impact our health and well being.
Linda developed the “Optimal Health Detox Program”, a two-week exercise in clean eating.
One of the most important steps we can take to immediately improve our overall health is to detoxify or cleanse our bodies. We are exposed to an enormous amount of toxins daily from the air we breathe, the food we eat, and the water we drink. As a result, we increase our chances of manifesting diseases such as cancer, diabetes, heart disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, ADHD, ADD, and autoimmune disease. Whether your goal is to eat better, reduce stress, reduce cholesterol, lose those extra pounds, or lessen your risk of disease, we will examine how the foods we eat impact our health and well being.
